The 6 month program officially starts in July and runs through to December 2018, but as a special bonus for signing up early we have scheduled twice monthly Bonus Q&A Calls during the months of April, May and June. Woo hoo!
Calls are held on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month and are up to 60 minutes in length.

======= Exclusive LEADERSHIP Training Classes

These in-depth training classes are specifically chosen to help guide you through the journey of leading yourself, leading the business & leading your clients. You will be assigned “homework” each session to implement in your own business and take action towards your goals.
Each class is up to 75 minutes in length, and will be released monthly at the start of the month
Further access information on the training classes will be sent out closer to the start date of the program in July.
======= Twice Monthly Group Accountability Coaching Calls
=======
These monthly calls hosted by Tina Forsyth and/or Tiffany Johnson will be your “check-in” to ensure that you are taking action on your commitments each month. Tina, Tiffany and your colleagues will be there to answer questions, give support and celebrate with you at each step along the way.
Calls are held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month and are up to 90
minutes in length.

Virtual Mastermind Retreat
=======
We are excited to be kicking off the Mentorship Mastery Program with our two-day Virtual Planning Retreat. The focus of this retreat is PLANNING for our time together in 2018 (and beyond) – we are going to be walking you through our proven planning process to get CRYSTAL CLEAR on what you want to create and how to get there. This is an essential first step in the journey of taking your business to the next level for the simple fact that – if you don’t know where you are headed and why, then chances are you won’t get there.
Virtual Retreats will be held (CORRECTION) July 12th and July 13th 2018. We will start at 9ampacific / noon eastern each day, and go for up to 5 hours (depending on the number of participants). We recommend planning this as a day “off”, so that you are free to focus on your business without clients and such.
======= 1-1 Coaching Calls =======
You also get ongoing 1-1 support from your Mastery Mentor Coach Tiffany Johnson in this journey.
We begin with a private 1-1 session where we focus deeply on your business: where you are currently, your biggest challenges, what you desire to build, and how to get there. We address strategic questions around your business structure, clients, marketing strategies and income opportunities to create long-lasting impact and sustainable growth. This session will set the stage for your goals and the work to be done during our 6-months together.
2) 6 Private one-on-one Coaching Calls with OBM Mentor Coach – Tiffany Johnson (STARTING IN JULY)
Each month you will have 1 regularly scheduled 60-minute coaching call to support your training journey and ongoing growth. Together we will set priorities, explore resources and recommendations that accelerate your progress, foresee blind spots or missing pieces to your plan, and help you overcome obstacles, answer questions, and generally ‘watch your back.’
======= Exclusive Online Mentorship Forum

This exclusive online community will be your resource for questions throughout the program, allowing for questions, speedy feedback, support, sharing of resources and recommendations.
Access information for this will be coming soon..
Side note: the forum will be exactly what we make of it! So be determined to share, question, give and receive via this format. As we all have something to teach and we all have something to learn… let’s be willing to share it freely amongst ourselves.
